Neal was born in Millburn, NJ and grew up with out the slightest interest in dancing. His youth was spent playing sports, sports, and more sports. During a trip to Brazil in 2000 Neal first discovered Latin music and dance and decided to learn to dance shortly thereafter. He is available to teach Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango and Hustle.
